How AscAgent uses Google Calendar
Staff can connect their own Google Calendar and choose one calendar. AscAgent reads its busy times so new bookings never clash with the staff member's other events, and keeps appointments in sync both ways: it creates, updates, and deletes calendar events for the staff member's AscAgent appointments (service, client name, and time) and for their blocked time (time and reason), and applies moves or cancellations made to appointment events in Google Calendar back to the appointment. It only changes events it created itself and never touches other events. Google data is used only for this, is never sold or used for advertising, and staff can disconnect at any time.
